How can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with one of our products, you can of course return it. This is possible within 14 days of receipt and only if the product is undamaged, unopened and unused. Register your return via hallo@johnnyjungle.nl and we will send you a returns form. Enter your details and the reason for return. Unfortunately, shipping costs are at your own expense.
I have received an item that I did not order, what can I do?
Send us an email to hallo@johnnyjungle.nl . We will solve it for you as quickly as possible.
I have received a damaged package, what now?
If you have received a damaged package, it is important that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hallo@johnnyjungle.nl . We would also like to receive photos of the damaged package.
